Chairman of the Advisory Board - Eric Rubin
Eric is an experienced nonprofit and financial services executive and an active pro-Israel advocate. Eric spent the first 30 years of his career in Financial Services and the last several years focused on impact investing and nonprofit work with a specific focus on bringing people together, coexistence, and mutual respect. Eric was recently appointed a Global Ambassador for the Maccabi World Union and is only the second person to hold that position in the organization’s over 125-year history. He is also currently the Executive Director of Project Max which is a partnership between the Maccabi World Union and Sighteer, that is creating a community that cares about sports, and sports’ role in fighting racism, antisemitism, and intolerance; an Advisory Board Member of Athletes For Israel, which works to combat antisemitism and advocate for messages of inclusiveness through professional athletes and influencers; the Executive Director and Board Member of Together Vouch For Each Other U.S., an Arab-Israeli nonprofit organization; the President and Chairman of the Board of P3 Israel, a Texas based non-profit making people-to-people and community-to-community connections between the U.S. and Israel; an Advisory Board Member of the Baltimore Zionist District; a Board member of Strength to Strength, a non-profit established to support victims of terrorism; an Advisory Board Member of The International Legal Forum, which is fighting legal battles against terror, antisemitism, and de-legitimization of Israel; and, President and CEO of Uncommon Charitable Impact, a 501(c)(3) donor advised fund. In addition, Eric serves as a Senior Advisor to several Israeli tech companies including Hour25.AI and Fabric.
Eric is a leader in sports diplomacy and using professional athletes to combat racism, antisemitism, and anti-Zionism. He speaks regularly on the role of sports to unite people and was asked to speak at the United Nations on his efforts to strengthen the Abraham Accords by enhancing people to people relationships through sports.
Board Member - Einat Wilf
Dr. Einat Wilf is a leading thinker on Israel, Zionism, foreign policy and education. She was a member of the Israeli Parliament from 2010 to 2013, where she served as Chair of the Education Committee and Member of the influential Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
Born and raised in Israel, Dr. Wilf served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, Foreign Policy Advisor to Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres and a strategic consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Dr. Wilf has a BA from Harvard, an MBA from INSEAD in France, and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Cambridge. She was the Goldman Visiting Professor at Georgetown University.
Dr. Wilf is the author of seven books that explore key issues in Israeli society. “We Should All Be Zionists“, published in 2022, brings together her essays from the past four years on Israel, Zionism and the path to peace; the co-authored “The War of Return: How Western Indulgence of the Palestinian Dream Has Obstructed the Path to Peace”, was published in 2020.
Board Member - Eyal Dror
LTC (res.) Eyal Dror, married to Michal and father of three.
An active IDF reserve officer, serving in the Golan Heights, with 24 years of service in diverse positions throughout the security forces coordination and liaison units.
In his last position he was both the founder and commander of the historic, national-level “Good Neighbor” Project.
As an expert on both Palestinians and Syrian affairs, Eyal is taking part in media panels on these topics. Additionally, he has conducted hundreds of talks for various delegations, including students, organizations, and federations, who come to Israel to enrich their knowledge about the country, its security challenges, and the Middle East.
His unique work on the Good Neighbor Project led him to write a book – “Embracing the Enemy”.
Founder and Executive Director-Tamir Oren
Tamir is an experienced leader with a track record of 15 years in managing teams and complex operations. Tamir is a reserve duty officer in the Paratrooper’s brigade. As part of his service, he participated in Operation Cast Lead in 2009, and today commands 140 soldiers as a company commander.
Tamir was the first StandWithUs UK Executive Director, leading activities to counter antisemitism, support Israel and rally thousands of students annually, Jewish and non Jewish. Throughout his 9-year journey with StandWithUs, Tamir has spoken across U.S and UK campuses, empowered young leadership, and created long-lasting programs to support Israel.
With experience in marketing, and supporting hundreds of Israelis in their admission process to top universities, Tamir has created this initiative to support Israeli leadership for the long term, and utilize the best leaders the country has to offer, to also make an impact where it matters - on campus, while also empowering Jewish students to take a stand.
Head of the selection committee-Yoav Gross
Yoav Gross is a University of Oxford MSc graduate. After graduating in 2017, he established the "Studying in England" online community which is the most extensive source of information for Israelis who wish to pursue higher education in England. Throughout the years, thousands of Israelis have used it to get more confidence during the application process as well as increasing their chances of success. Also, many graduates are helping voluntarily by answering questions in the community.
These days, Yoav is working as a Technical Business Development Project Manager in Mobileye Vision Technologies, a leading Automotive IT company. Additionally, Yoav is an avid investor and advisor in the areas of startups and real estate both in Israel and the UK.
